Returns & Exchanges
We’re confident that you’ll love our footwear, but if for any reason you’re not completely hooked, our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in a like-new condition and include the original packaging. Please therefore be mindful when trying on our footwear to do so indoors and on a clean surface. Any items returned to us that are not in their original condition and/or without their original packaging will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
To arrange a return or exchange please read the notes below. Then contact our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label and discuss your requirements.
For a quick exchange due to a sizing issue, simply place a new order for the right size. If you haven’t already done so, we’d recommend following our measuring instructions before reordering, these can be found here. Upon receipt of the original order, we’ll issue a full refund including shipping fees.
For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
On approval of a refund, the cost of original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For details of our current shipping costs please visit here. For customers inside The Netherlands €3.00 will be deducted.
In the rare event that one of our items is defective. On the receipt of the return, we’ll exchange the item free of charge or issue a refund including all shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days on receipt of the returned item.
